My Auto-Reimbursement Payment Didn't Arrive

Bank processing times vary. Allow until the 3rd business day of the month before escalating.


If it still hasn't arrived, check:

  1. Your bank account is still connected and active.
  2. Your admin confirmed the reimbursement was approved before the 25th.
  3. Your StretchDollar Auto-Reimbursement tab for any flags or holds.


Was I supposed to be reimbursed for the month?

  • For your first premium payment, also known as your binder payment, you will need to pay the amount due yourself, in order to be reimbursed. As a result, you'll be able to provide Proof of Coverage to submit an Auto-Reimbursement.


  • For all following premium payments after the binder payment, you will be receiving your monthly reimbursement - via Auto-Reimbursement - on the 1st of the month, or within 1-3 business days.
