Auto-Reimbursement Isn't Retroactive: Getting Paid for Prior Months

The auto-reimbursement (AR) system is not retroactive. If you had active coverage in months before AR was configured and approved, those months are not automatically reimbursed.

What to do instead

Use the One-Time Reimbursement feature to request payment for prior months manually. This is subject to admin approval and StretchDollar's reimbursement window.
