Why does my one-time reimbursement say Pending?
Submitted a one-time reimbursement and it still says Pending? That's normal. It means your request is waiting for the next step. Here's what that is and how long it usually takes.
What "Pending" means
Your employer's admin reviews every reimbursement request. Pending means your request hasn't been approved or rejected yet, or it's been approved and is waiting for the next payment run.
How long it takes
- If your admin approves it before the 25th of the month, the money is pulled from your employer's account on the 25th and deposited to you around the 1st of the next month.
- If they approve it after the 25th, it goes into the next month's run, so you'll be paid about a month later.

What you can do
- Been pending a while? Check with your admin that they've seen your request. They approve it from their Employer Portal.
- Make sure your bank is connected. Open Bank Setup in the left menu and confirm your account is connected. Payments can't go out without it.
- Double-check your proof of coverage. If it's unclear or missing information, your admin may reject it. See Proof of coverage: What do I need to submit?
