Can I offer different allowances to different employees?

Yes — you can only offer different allowances to different employees by using eligibility classes.

For example, you can offer full-time employees a different allowance than part-time employees.

Classes must be defined consistently (you cannot give individuals different amounts within the same class).  If the employee class is Full Time you can't offer $600 to Employee A and $300 to Employee B.

Everyone within that class is entitled to the same amount.
