How do I change my benefit selection (from waive to accept or vice versa)?

If you're still within the shopping period since your StretchDollar health benefit kicked off, send an email to support@stretchdollar.com and let us know if you want to switch your selection — whether that's from waive to accept, or the other way around.


Once that shopping window closes, you'll need a qualifying life event to make any changes to your enrollment, or you'll have to wait until the next plan year starts. (Just so you know, the StretchDollar ICHRA health plan year begins on January 1.)
