Why don't I see any plans for 2027?

Seeing "No plans are available for your selected coverage year and area" when you look for 2027 plans? Here's why that happens and what to do.

Why you might not see 2027 plans yet

  • 2027 plans aren't out yet. Insurance companies release next year's plans for Open Enrollment, which starts November 1, 2026. Before then, 2027 plans may not show up.
  • Your address may be out of date. Plans depend on where you live. If your home address or ZIP code in StretchDollar is wrong, you may see no plans, or the wrong ones.

What to do

  1. Check back after November 1. Once Open Enrollment opens, click Shop in your StretchDollar portal to browse 2027 plans.
  2. Confirm your address. If your home address changed, email support@stretchdollar.com with your new address so we can update it. You can't change it in the portal yourself.
  3. Keep your current plan in the meantime. Your 2026 coverage isn't affected, and most plans renew automatically for 2027 unless you change them. See Open Enrollment 2027 FAQs for Employees.

Still seeing no plans after November 1? Email support@stretchdollar.com with your ZIP code and we'll take a look.

Deadlines vary by state. See Open Enrollment 2027 Overview.
