Can I cancel our StretchDollar benefits plan? Yes, you can cancel at any time with no penalty. Once the plan is canceled, your employees will no longer be eligible for reimbursement dollars.

To cancel, simply email support@stretchdollar.com with your cancellation request and we'll take care of the paperwork on our end — there's no cancellation form or self-service button in the portal.
